This is to inform you that I am Purva studying in your school in 10th standard. I would like to inform you that I am suffering from the viral flu. I have a very high fever, that’s the reason I will not be able to attend school for a short period of time. Doctor’s have strictly denied me that I have to rest properly and not go anywhere until and unless I recover. Hereby, I would like you to grant me a few days of sick leave so that I can rest and recover fast and resume my classes as soon as possible.
